Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide and adhere to local laws where applicable. We will provide proof of postage but we will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered, or for delays in the postal system, with the exception of instances where special delivery postage has been requested and paid for. No compensation will be paid, under any circumstances, for any missing or delayed orders unless as covered by special delivery.
All overseas orders will be shipped by airmail. International insurance can be requested and paid for, however the British postal system will not guarantee insured goods once the item(s) have left mainland UK. We therefore recommend that it is not a favoured option. Please email info@vinylcountdown.co.uk for prices.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days please contact us at info@vinylcountdown.co.uk
European and overseas customers, please contact us first (email, fax, etc) to reserve items and for us to calculate postage, whether via surface mail or airmail and where applicable exchange rates.
Refunds and returns
If the item(s) are not as described then UK customers may return within 7 days (10 days for overseas customers) for a full refund including postage.
Cancellation terms
Once your order has been received it is manually processed before your card is charged and your order shipped. Once this process has taken place we will email you to confirm dispatch of your order. Once you have received this confirmation via email it is too late to cancel your order as your card will have been debited and your order shipped. You are entitled to cancel your order at any point before this time.
Currency and charges
All credit card transactions will be processed in UK sterling. If paying by cheque it is to be made out in UK sterling. If paying by cash we can accept US Dollars, Euros or Sterling. Please email info@vinylcountdown.co.uk for our conversion rates.
